安全文化学核心原理研究

摘　　要：为完善安全文化学学科理论体系,促进安全科学的发展,基于对安全学原理的认识,提出安全文化学核心原理的定义及其内涵特征。提炼出安全文化学原理下属的9条核心原理:安全文化信仰原理、安全文化熏陶原理、安全文化纪念原理、安全文化控制原理、安全文化可塑性和塑他性原理、安全文化互为性原理、安全文化发展性与延伸性原理、安全文化渐变性原理和物质文化趋于本质安全原理。具体阐释这些原理的内涵。基于系统工程原理和安全文化学学科体系,构建安全文化学原理的金字塔形体系结构。研究结果表明,安全文化学核心原理与安全学相辅相成、协调发展,可极大地促进安全文化学科体系的发展。In order to enrich theoretical system of safety culture, to promote the development of safety science, based on understanding of principle of safety science, this paper gave definition and connotation of core principle of safety culture. Then, 9 core principles of safety culture were extracted which are the belief principle of safety culture, principles of safety culture controls, the nurturing principle of safety culture, the memorializing principle of safety culture, the complement each other principle of safety culture, the improving and improved principle of safety culture, the development and extension principle of safety culture, the gradual change principle of safety culture, and material culture tending to be intrinsically safe principle. Then, meanings and contents of all the principles were explained. Based on principles of system engineering and discipline system of safety culture, a pyramid-shaped structure was built for safety culture principles. The investigation results show that the interactional operating mechanism between the core principles of safety culture and safety science can promote greatly the development of theoretical system of safety culture.
