摘　　要：为探寻中美两国职业安全培训法规及实施的差异,完善中国相关培训工作,全面分析单主线、多层次的美国职业安全健康培训法规体系,深入探讨美国典型职业安全健康培训的项目、要求及内容等要点。依据最新的法规标准,研究多主线、多层次的中国职业安全培训法规体系,系统梳理体系所要求的典型职业安全培训的项目、实施单位及培训对象等要素。最后,运用比较学方法,从适用范围、监管方式、培训项目、培训内容等9个方面对比中美两国职业安全培训法规及培训实施情况。结果表明,中美两国职业安全培训现状与各自国情相符,在培训法规、过程管理、组织形式、培训内容等方面中国仍需进一步提升。To explore differences in occupational safety training laws and implementation between China and America, and to improve training-related work in China, the single-lined, multi-layered law system of occupational safety and health training of America was analyzed comprehensively. Such main points of representative occupational safety and health training of America were discussed deeply as training programs, training requirement and training content, etc. On other hand, the multi-lined, multi-layered law system of occupational safety training of China was also studied according to latest regulations and standards. Such elements of the typical occupational safety training requested by laws were reviewed systematically as training programs, implementation agencies and training objects, etc. Finally, adopting a method of comparison, the law system and implementation of occupational safety training were compared between China and America in 9 aspects including scope of application, supervision method, training programs and training content, etc. The conclusions show that current status of occupational safety training in China and that in America both accord with respective national conditions, but the training work in China could be further promoted in aspects such as training laws, process management, organization form and training content.
