摘　　要：构建了基于B/S模式的党建教育系统,实现了党建教育的信息化,该系统是对学生进行党建教育的重要和有效途径.运用.Net与Html5、Bootstrap技术实现数据管理、视频Web播放、多平台使用,是对学生党员教育形式的创新.For the purpose of party-building education, a software system was built with a B/S structure, which provides an important and useful way for the education of students. The technologies of .Net, Htm15 and Bootstrap are being applied for data management, Web video broadcasting and multiple software platform application, which can be regarded as an innovation in education of student party-member.
