摘  要:[目的]探讨白介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)基因rs1143627-C/T多态性与糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系.[方法]应用MassARRAY分子量阵列技术检测132例2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肾病患者(DN组),128例T2DM无肾病患者(NDN组),124例健康对照者(NC组)白介素-1β基因rs1143627-C/T多态性.检测三组研究对象的空腹血糖,血脂等临床指标,并测定体质量指数(BMI).[结果]DN组与NDN组合T基因型及等位基因T分布频率显著高于NC组,DN组又高于NDN组;DN组与NDN组CC基因型及等位基因C分布频率显著低于NC组,DN组又低于NDN组,差异均有明显统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]IL-1β基因rs1143627-C/T多态性可能与DN的发生有一定关系.[Objective]To explore the correlation between interleukin-1β(IL-1β) gene rs1143627-C/T polymorphism and type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).[Methods]MassARRAY molecular weight array technique was used to detect the polymorphism of IL-1β gene rs1143627-C/T in 132 type 2 diabetic(T2DM) patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN group),128 T2DM patients without nephropathy(NDN group) and 124 normal controls(NC group).Fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,body mass index(BMI) and other related clinical indicators in 3 groups were examined.[Results] The distribution frequency of genotype TT,TC and allele T of IL-1β gene rs1143627-C/T in DN group and NDN group were higher than those in NC group,and those in DN group were higher than those in NDN group.The distribution frequency of genotype CC and allele C of IL-1β gene rs1143627-C/T in DN group and NDN group were markedly lower than those in NC group,and those in DN group were lower than those in NDN group.There were significant differences(P <0.05).[Conclusion] IL-1β gene rs1143627-C/T polymorphism may be associated with DN.
