摘 要:[目的]探讨急性期突发性耳聋患者情绪特点及早期护理应对措施.[方法]选择本院诊治的80例急性期突发性耳聋患者为观察组,60例健康体检者为对照组,采用状态-特质愤怒表达问卷、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)分析患者情绪特点,并采用针对性的早期护理措施进行干预.[结果]观察组患者状态特质愤怒表达问卷中内向怒评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者HAMD及HAMA评分差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);给予治疗及护理干预后观察组患者听力治疗总有效率为88.8%;观察组患者治疗后HAMD及HAMA评分显著优于治疗前(P<0.05).[结论]急性期突发性耳聋患者焦虑、抑郁情绪较为明显,早期护理干预可显著改善患者负性情绪,有利于获得理想的临床疗效.[Objective]To analyze the motional characteristics of patients with sudden deafness at acute phase,and to explore the early nursing intervention measures.[Methods] Totally 80 patients with sudden deafness at acute phase were selected as experience group,and 60 healthy persons were selected as control group.The state trait anger expression inventory,HAMD scale and HAMA scale were used to evaluate the emotional characteristics of patients.All patients were interfered by the directive early nursing intervention measures discussion.[Results] The scores of introversion and anger of the state trait anger expression inventory in observation group were much higher than those in control group(P <0.05).There were significant differences in HAMD and HAMA scores between two groups(P <0.05).After the treatment and nursing care,the total effective rate of the audition in observation group was 88.8%.The HAMD and HAMA scores in observation group after treatment were much better than those before treatment(P <0.05).[Conclusion] Anxious and depression emotion are serious in patients with sudden deafness at acute phase.Early nursing intervention can markedly improve the negative emotion and is benefit for gaining an ideal clinical efficacy.
