摘　　要：在分析国内市场住宅房型和市场结构现状的基础上,总结了宜人学住宅房型设计的基本原则,并收集了住宅房型特征与住户选择的相关实验数据,设计出了一种比较理想的最佳住宅房型方案,并对其进行了功能分析等。Based on the concept of Ergonomics, this paper developed a plan of best house type which has important meaning of theory and practice. Secondly, the paper analysis market structure of house type in domestic market and summarizes the basic principle of house design based on the Ergonomics. Finally, for collecting house dates, this paper studied the function of the best house type.
