摘　　要：阐述了柔性连接器总成可靠性研究过程中的理论基础及技术实现。重点论述了关键的技术设计、工艺实现,以保证柔性连接器总成连接可靠保证,有效地降低了乘员的死亡风险。This paper discusses automobile safety airbag system with a new generation of flexible connector assembly some key contents of reliability research, described the flexible connector assembly theory, the research process of reliability technology and verification method. Focuses on the design and implementation techniques, key technology, in order to ensure a flexible connector assembly connected guarantee.
