摘 要:目的总结野战综合手术方舱内救治寒区失血性休克模型猪的护理配合,以进一步提高野战条件下的救护水平。方法巴马小型猪32头,随机分为4组(每组8头):对照组、抗休克治疗组、复温组和综合治疗组。4组实验动物均在0~5℃低温环境中,15 min内按全身血容量的40%(30 ml/kg)匀速放血制备休克模型后,抗休克治疗组仅进行抗休克治疗,复温组仅进行复温护理,综合治疗组进行抗休克治疗及复温护理,对照组不进行救治。记录每头猪肺动脉温度变化和休克后4 h生存率。结果医护人员密切配合,快速、及时的抗失血性休克救治和复温的护理配合,明显改善了模型猪的生存率。结论野战寒区环境下及时有效的抗失血性休克和复温的救治与护理配合,可明显改善模型猪的生存率,为提高野战救护水平提供依据。Objective To summarize nursing cooperation in the treatment of hemorrhagic shoek swine model under hypothermia to further improve the level of aid under the field comprehensive operation application in battle field. Methods 32 pigs were randomized into four groups:control group ( C ),treatment group 1 to 3 (T1, T2, T3 ) (eight per group). In the cold environment(0 -5 ℃ ) ,40% blood volume is lost within 15 minutes to induce hemorrhagic shock. Group T1 was using anti- shock treatment,group I'2 was with rewarming care,and group T3 was both with anti-shock treatment and rewarming care. Group C was without any treatments. Each pigg pulmonary artery temperature change and survival rate after four hours were recorded. Results The closely cooperation between doctors and nurses which lastly and timely treated hemorrhagic shock and rewarming with care significantly improved the survival rate of pigs. Conclusion In battle field of hypothermia environ- ment, the timely and effective nursing cooperation in treating and rewarming for hemorrhagic shock may significantly improve the survival rate of pigs to provide the basis for improving the level of battle field first aid.
