摘　　要：目前国内主流的智能手机操作系统有iOS、Android和Windows Phone,上述三种系统具有各自的特点。针对中国普通用户的上述三种操作系统可用性方面的深入研究还较少。对20名大一学生进行了手机操作系统的可用性测试和评估。结果显示,效率和系统满意度方面,均出现Android>iOS>Windows Phone,且存在显著性差异(p<0.05);有效性方面,三种操作系统的有效性均较高。通过分析不同智能手机操作系统人机交互方面的优势和不足,以期为下一代智能手机操作系统的开发提供科学依据。As the three most-used smartphone operating systems in China,iOS,Android and Windows Phone operating system all have their own characteristics. However, their usability evaluation aimed at average Chinese users has received little attention. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of these three operating systems and to reveal the merits and demerits of each operating system. The usability evaluation and a questionnaire were conducted among 20 participants. The data were analyzed from three aspects, effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction to determine if it is statistically significant. The results show there exist significant differences among the three operating systems in effectiveness and satisfaction（p^0.05）. The results can be anticipated to improve the Human-computer interaction （HCI）and interface design of next generation smartphone.
