摘　　要：以人为本最起码、最基本的前提条件是人,人是以人为本的载体,确定人是以人为本的逻辑起点,就不能回避探究人的问题,研究人的问题就必须正确分析以人为本的"人"的本质问题。人的本质问题决定了以人为本的基本价值取向和根本性质,以人为本的现世品格就是以当代每一个中国公民为本。The prerequisite of ＂people-oriented＂is human, who is the carrier of ＂people-oriented＂. To make human the logic starting point of ＂people-oriented＂, we cannot avoid exploring human problem, which includes analyzing the human nature from ＂people-oriented＂. Human nature determines the basic value orientation and the fundamental nature of ＂people-oriented＂. The temporal character of ＂People-oriented＂ is of every contemporary Chinese citizen.
