摘　　要：概述了整体式气缸盖传统平浇铸造工艺与立浇铸造工艺的优缺点,分析了整体式气缸盖立浇铸造工艺的设计要点,特别是浇注系统和砂芯排气系统的结构设计。Merits and faults of troditional technology of horizontal casting and vertical casting for a whole type cylinder head have been reviewed. The design essentials of vertical casting of whole type clinder head have been expounded with details especially in structure design of pouring system and sand core vent system.
