摘 要:与石油制乙二醇(MEG)相比,煤制乙二醇(SEG)在原料路线、反应机制和能耗等方面都具有优势,国内掀起了SEG项目的建设浪潮。草酸酯法合成SEG是普遍采用的路线,但国内外许多研究机构使用的核心技术有别,并相应建设了生产线,目前国内SEG建设呈现出百家争鸣状态。但是,工业化过程表明SEG的关键技术和工艺还有待进一步突破。本文综述了乙二醇(EG)的合成方法及生产路线,着重介绍了SEG浪潮,并对SEG的建设和发展中存在的问题提出了几点思考,以期能对国内SEG的发展提供一些有益的建议。SEG has more advantages than MEG in terms of raw material routes,reaction mechanism and energy consumption.So,a construction wave of SEG projects has started in China.Synthesis of EG via procedure of oxalate is the widely used route,but the core technologies of different research institutes are different and various production lines are built.However,the process of industrialization of SEG indicated that breakthrough of key technologies and processes remains to be made.This paper reviews the synthesis methods and production lines of EG,and focuhe SEG construction wave.Some thoughts on the problems in the construction and development of SEG are put forward,hoping to provide some useful suggestions for the development of domestic SEG.
