摘　　要：分析研究了美国、巴西和欧洲等航空大国的空域管理特点和管理方法,比较了我国航空空域管理的相关方法和规章,指出我国空域管理体制存在的不足并提出了改进建议,旨在完善我国的空域管理体制,提高管理水平,促进我国航空业的发展。This paper analyzes characteristics and methods of airspace management in the United States, Brazil and Eu- rope, compares methods and regulations of airspace management abroad with that at home and points out the defects of the domestic airspace management system,to promote the development of our national aviation and improve China＇s airspace management system of standard management, adjustment and perfection by studying the valuable experience in foreign airspace management.
