“降级学生”教育管理工作的实践与思考——以潍坊学院《关于学籍管理的补充规定》为例

摘　　要：随着高校办学规模的扩大,非重点院校生源素质下降的趋势比较明显,学生不及格现象愈发突出。潍坊学院2010年出台《关于学籍管理的补充规定》,对一学年内实得学分达不到应得学分60%的学生给予降级处理。自实行降级制度两年以来,降级学生的管理和教育成为一个亟待关注的问题,如何做好降级学生的管理与教育工作成为思想政治教育工作者亟待解决的课题。With the enlargement scale of colleges and universities,there is an obvious downward trend of matriculate quality in non-key colleges. The probem of more students who fail their cames is increasingly promminent According to our＂supplementary provisions of student status management＂,the students whose take-home credit can not reach 60% of the deserved credits in one academic year need downgrading. Since demotion system implement two years,downgrading students＇ management and education become a question which needs to be paid more attention. Firstly,these students＇ basic situation is introduced,and the factors that cause them downgrade are analyzed. Then the difficult point of their management and a series of corresponding measures are put forward
