新建小区公共事务治理路径探析

摘　　要：当前,化解新建小区公共事务治理的困境,多元主体合作共治是现实的路径选择。通过调查分析,认为新建小区公共事务治理中的主要问题是治理主体边界和主体行动边界不清晰、主体间力量失衡及其关系失调,据此需要转变政府职能和构建多主体沟通协商机制。The cooperation and co-governance by plural subjects is a realistic approach to solve the current predicaments of the public affairs governance in the newly-built housing estates. Through investigation and analysis, this paper figures out the major problem of the public affairs governance in the newly-built housing estates lies in the blur boundaries of governance subjects and subject behaviors, and the imbalance of power and dysfunctional relationship among subjects. Therefore, governmenfs functions should be transformed and a communication and consultation mechanism lished. involving multiple subjects should be established .
