摘　　要：职业胜任力是财经类院校人才培养的方向,财经类院校人才的职业胜任力由核心胜任力、职场胜任力和拓展胜任力构成,将职业胜任力嵌入教学体系,重组教学模块,嵌入教师发展,再造知识结构,嵌入制度发展,重塑教育理念是职业胜任力培养的基本机制。The career competency is the aim of talents training in finance and economics colleges, which is made of the core career competency, workplace competence and expanding competence. The basic mechanism of cultivating the career competency is to embed it into the teaching systems to reconstruct the teaching module, to embed it into teachers＇professional development to reconstruct the knowledge structure and to embed it into institution evolution to reestablish the education concept.
