摘  要:介绍了钢包等工装增碳机理。通过控制AOD炉脱碳期铬的氧化量,降低还原期难度、控制还原渣碱度与还原后硅含量的平衡以及使用直观方式判断脱氧是否充分等方法来减弱钢包的增碳量,实现钢包材质替换后冶炼0Cr17等低碳不锈钢碳含量的稳定控制。It is introduced the recarburation mechanism in process equipments such as ladle. The recarburation amount coming from ladle can be reduced with the following methods: controlling oxidized content of chromium during decarburization period in AOD furnace,reducing reduction difficulty,controlling basicity in reduction slag and the balance of silicon content after reduction,using direct view to judge if deoxidation being full. And with that the carbon content in low- carbon stainless steel such as 0Cr17 can be steady controlled in smelting after ladle material being substituted.
