摘　　要：阐述"工学结合"是高等职业教育人才培养的重要切入点与方向。提出图书馆必须摒弃传统的办馆理念,确立为"工学结合"服务的核心理念,在特色馆藏建设、文献信息服务等方面,注重"工学结合"内涵建设,彰显高职院校图书馆的独特定位和鲜明特色,顺应、支撑、服务院校工学结合的人才培养模式。The paper elaborates work-study combination is an important starting point and direction of personnel cultivation in vocational education. The paper puts forward that library must abandon traditional idea, and sets up core idea of serving work-study combination. It thinks that library must lay stress on work-study combination service in special collection construction and document information service, so as to highlight unique position and distinctive characteristics of vocational college library, and to comply with, support and serve work-study combination of college.
