摘　　要：分析了我国物流业立法的现状及存在的问题,并从保证适用性、理顺体系脉络、提高可操作性性几方面提出了规范与完善物流业法律法规的途径。In this paper, we analyzed the current status and existing problems of the legislation of the logistics industry of China and then from several aspects proposed the paths to standardize and improve the laws and regulations concerning the industry.
