快递企业人力资本贡献价值与物流信息化的关系研究

摘　　要：以8家快递企业人力资本贡献及物流信息化相关数据调查为基础,对其人力资本贡献价值率和物流信息化水平进行测量,运用SPSS统计软件对两者间的相关性和回归性进行分析,从而得出两者之间存在正相关关系的结论,提高物流信息化水平有利于快递企业人力资本贡献价值率的提升。In this paper, on the basis of a survey on eight express delivery enterprises, we measured their human resource contributed value rate and logistics informatization level, then analyzed the correlation and regression between the two using SPSS and concluded that there existed a positive correlation between the two.
