摘　　要：为了使VMI&TPL模式的理论研究能够科学合理地指导实践,从运作模式、运作优化、实施效果以及利益协调四个方面对其研究现状进行了一次系统性的梳理,并进行了深入的分析。在此基础上指出了现有研究存在的不足,最后展望其未来的研究方向,以期为我国学者进行相关研究提供参考。In this paper, we went through the current status of the studies on the VMI and TPL theory, then analyzed in-depth the aspects of operation, optimization, implementation and coordination of the VMI and TPL modes, and on such basis, in view of the inadequacy of the existing studies, forecast the direction for future studies.
