摘　　要：主要研究了我国在医改新形势和电子商务新环境下,基于供应链优化的公共药事服务平台构建的必要性、目标、总体框架、支撑技术和保障措施,以期更好地促进我国医疗制度改革,保障人民的身体健康。In this paper, we mainly studied the necessity, objective, general framework, key technologies and supportive measures of the establishment of the public pharmaceutical innovation platform based on supply chain optimization against the background of the medical system reform in China and under the e-commerce environment.
