摘  要:以DF8型机车现用整体式车轮为例,应用ANSYS软件分析了轮对过盈配合,列车紧急制动及列车在长达下坡道上行驶时轮对应力、温度分布及接触面压力变化。轮轴压装后最大应力出现在轮毂边缘;紧急制动时踏面温度随制动时间先升高然后降低,达到最高温度的时间约为总制动时间的一半;车轮温度升高后,部分释放了接触面的初始接触压力,列车在长大下坡道行驶时接触面压力有较大降低。Taking the DF8 locomotive integral wheel as the subject, and by using the ANSYS software, the wheelset interfer-ence fit is analyzed, as well as the wheelset stress, the temperature distribution and change of the interface pressure under theconditions of train emergency braking and train travelling in a large downhill path. The maximum stress appears on the edge ofthe wheel hub after pressing; and on the condition of emergency braking, tread temperature is rising and then falling with thebraking time lasts, and the time to reach the maximum temperature is about half of the total braking time; after the wheel tem-perature rising, the initial interface pressure is partly released, and the interface pressure when the train travelling in a largedownhill path is greatly reduced.
