摘　　要：目的:了解山西某县农民健康知识认知情况和需求现状,为改善健康教育与健康促进干预对策提供参考依据。方法:按照随机整群抽样的原则,选取全县2 246名18岁以上常住居民进行问卷调查。结果:农村居民对基本健康知识认知率偏低;农民获得健康知识的途径主要是通过电视广播(76.2%);其次是通过网络(46.3%)。结论:农村居民疾病健康知识有待提高。Objective:To understand the farmers' awareness and demands of the health knowledge in a county and to provide evidence for improving health education and health promotion intervention strategy.Methods:Random overall sampling method was used to investigate 2 246 villagers over 18 years old by questionnaire.Results:The awareness rate of the basic health knowledge was rather low.People gained the health knowledge mainly from the TV and broadcast(76.2%)as well as the internet(46.3%).Conclusion:The health knowledge level of rural residents needs to be improved.
