摘  要:针对"4+1"学员的特点及雷达情报信息系统装备教学存在的理论与实践教学脱节、装备少人员多、教员讲授为主等问题,提出了在"4+1"学员期班雷达情报信息系统装备教学中采用"理论实践融合、教学内容融合和教学场所融合"的三融合教学方法,阐述了融合式教学方法的具体应用.教学实践表明,融合式教学方法对提高"4+1"学员期班雷达情报信息系统装备教学质量有着明显的效果.In view of the features of“4+1”cadets, and the problems existing in the teaching radar intelligenceand information system equipment teaching,including the theory and practice of teaching come apart, the relativesystem and equipment are fewer while the teaching personnel is more, teachers’teaching is given priority to classand others, this article puts forward a type of three integrated teaching method used for“4+1”cadets’equipmentteaching, which are the integration of theory with practice, the integration of teaching contents, and the integrationof teaching sites. It also explains the specific application of the integrated teaching method .By teaching practice,it is shown that this proposed integrated teaching method has an obvious effect on improving the teaching qualityof radar intelligence and information system equipment for“4+1”cadets.
