摘 要:唐口煤矿千米深井冲击地压、自然发火等危害严重;同时村庄压煤量大,应用条带开采及村庄搬迁成本巨大。为此对千米深井综采工作面充填开采可行性进行分析:原矸充填开采技术能够有效保证煤层顶板稳定,减小冲击地压发生的可能性;大幅降低地表沉降量,有效保护地面建筑物;有效预防采空区煤柱、浮煤自然发火可能性。在730采区进行了现场试验,设计了具体的充填工艺及设备相关参数;累计创造经济效益32707万元,技术经济效益显著。Rock-burst and coal spontaneous combustion was serious in Tangkou Colliery with 1000m depth mine. Quantity of coal re-source under village is large and the cost of strip mining or village relocation was vast. The feasibility of full-mechanized stowing mining in 1000m depth mine was analyzed. Result showed that gangue stowing mining technology could effectively keep roof stability, reduce rock-burst possibility, largely decrease surface subsidence, effectively protect surface buildings, and prevent effectively possibility of spontaneous combustion of coal-pillar and float coal in gob. Stowing technique and equipment parameter was designed and applied in 730 mining zone. Accumulated economic profit reached 327, 070, 000 RMB, technical and economic benefit was obvious.
