摘 要:为直观地了解抽出式通风风流运动规律,建立物理模型,设置边界条件对抽出式通风条件下巷道风流运动及粉尘运移规律进行了数值模拟,分别研究了X,Y,Z方向的速度、压力分布规律和不同粒径粉尘运移轨迹,结果表明:巷道内风速0.54m/s,较为稳定,风筒内风速较大,为23m/s左右,这与实际情况非常吻合,在截面X=5.2m处巷道内的风流方向朝向掘进头,风筒内的风流方向则由风筒入口朝向出口。巷道内的风速在整个模拟区段内几乎保持恒定,没有较大变化,而风筒内的风速则变化较大,在入口处最大,达40m/s,之后逐渐减小,然后稳定在23m/s左右。整个巷道均为正压,风筒内是负压,在这两股压力的共同作用下形成稳定的通风风流,风筒入口处负压最大,而后负压逐渐减小,但很快就维持在比较稳定的状态。抽出式通风时粉尘扩散较少,掘进面产生的粉尘全部都被吸入负压风筒,抽出式通风时更有利于控制巷道中特别是司机位的粉尘含量,保护司机等掘进机周围工人的身体健康。In order to intuitively obtain airflow movement of exhaust ventilation, a physical model was built up and airflow movement and dust transportation rule in roadway was simulated by setting boundary condition. Velocity, pressure distribution and transportation tracks of dust with different sizes from X, Y and Z direction were researched. Results showed that air speed in roadway was 0. 54m/ s, which was stable and air speed in airduct was 23m/ s, which was accordance with practice. At the site of roadway whose section was x=5. 2m, airflow orientation directed to driving face. Air speed in roadway was nearly constant and that in airduct changed largely, it was 40m/ s at air inlet then reduced gradually, and kept at 23m/ s. Air pressure was positive in whole roadway and negative in airduct, stable ventilation formed under the two pressures. Negative pressure was maximum at air inlet then reduced gradually, and kept stable rapidly. Dust diffusion was less in exhaust ventilation. Dust in driving was wholly drawn into negative-pressure airduct. Therefore, ex-haust ventilation was favorable for controlling dust at driver site and protecting workers' health.
