摘  要:为提高玉米秸秆皮穰分离机喂入效率,设计定量喂入装置并进行试验研究。利用二次回归正交旋转组合设计方法对影响该装置喂入性能主要因素(输出辊转速、输出辊与限料辊速比、输送辊与输出辊速比、输出口间隙)进行4因子试验,以通过率和重叠率作为评价指标。结果表明,定量喂入装置的主要结构和运动参数较优组合为:输出辊转速360~380 r·min-1,输出辊与限料辊速比0.8~0.9,输送辊与输出辊速比0.8~0.9,输出口间隙约45 mm。经试验验证,在此参数组合下,通过率可达99%以上,重叠率低于1%。Automatic feeding device was needed for improving efficiency of rind-pith separation equipment for com stalk. Thus, the quantitative feeding device for com stalk was designed and studied in the paper. Experiment on four factors-rotation speed of outlet roll, ratio between outlet roll and blocking roll, ratio between conveying roll and outlet roll, and outlet distance was carried out by regression of four-factor quadratics rotary orthogonal combination, and the pass rate and overlap rate were chosen as evaluation indexes. By experiments, optimum parameters in structure and motion for the feeding device showed that, rotation speed of output roll 360-380 r· min^-1, ratio between output roll and blocking roll 0.8-0.9, ratio between conveying roll and outlet roll 0.8-0.9, outlet distance about 45 mm. According to the parameters, the pass rate was about 99%, the overlap rate was less than 1%.
