摘　　要：文章系统阐述了在不增加设备配置的情况下,通过模具设计实现300连续挤压机挤压大规格换向器用异型铜排,并简单介绍了300连续挤压机的模具制造方法和模具材料选用。The paper traced the process of realizing the production of the large size commutator bar for the 300 continuous extrusion press via die design without any additional equipment,and it presented the method for manufacturing die and the selection of die materials in accordance with the 300 continuous extrusion press.
