注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷在我院儿科门急诊的使用情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我院儿科门急诊注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷不合理用药现象,加强门诊处方合理用药评价与管理,为临床合理、安全用药提供参考。方法:统计我院2013年6月至8月儿科门急诊使用注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷的科室用量、患儿年龄以及病情诊断等,抽取儿科门急诊处方量最大的9名医师处方,调查其使用注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷在抗病毒治疗静脉用药中的比例、用量用法以及对症用药情况。结果:注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷的使用存在不同年龄段的儿童患者用量无明显差异、用药依据不足和超适应证用药等问题。结论:注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷在应用于儿童时应更谨慎,并权衡利弊使用,严格按照药品说明书规定用药。Objective： In order to analyze unreasonable use of arabinofuranosyl adenine monophosphate （Ara-Amp） during the outpatient service and strengthen evaluation and management of rational drug use for outpatient, provide a reference for rationality of drug use. Methods： Statistical analyzed the use of Ara-Amp in outpatient pediatric during June to August 2013 was done on the following factors ： dosage of department, age and diagnosis. The prescriptions of the top 9 doctors majored in pediatric who had the largest number of prescriptions were selected to calculate the proportionate of using Ara-Amp in intravenous medication for antiviral therapy, investigate the dosages of Ara-Amp, and the symptomatic medication of these patients. Results： In the using of Ara-Amp, there were following problems ： the dosages of Ara-Amp for children in different ages had no significant difference, the choice of medicine was unreasonable, the basis for medication was insufficient, what＇s more, the using of Ara-Amp was over the indications. Conchlsion： The using of Ara- Amp for children should be according to the instructions strictly and carefully.
