摘　　要：本文通过阐释流通产业规模、基础、效益和成长与流通产业竞争力的关系,构建了基于以上四个维度的流通产业竞争力评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法对湖南省14个市州流通产业竞争力进行评价,结果表明湖南各市州的流通产业竞争力的非均衡特征明显,进而提出提高湖南流通产业竞争力的对策建议。This paper defines the relationship of the scale, base, economic benefit, growth and the competitiveness of circulation industry, establishes the assessment index system of the circulation industry competitiveness, and evaluates Hunan＇s circulation industry competitiveness through applying Principal Component Analysis. The empirical study conclusion shows the unbalanced characteristics of circulation industry development in 14 cities, which deduces the suggestions of improving Hunan circulation industry competitiveness.
