摘  要:光温条件对微藻培养具有重要作用。采用小球藻Chlorella sp.进行了不同光照强度、光照时间和温度的培养试验,研究了光温条件对小球藻生长速率、生物量、生物组分及脂肪酸组成的影响。研究结果表明:光照强度对小球藻的最终生物量影响不大,但对生长速率、日产量和生物组分影响明显,蛋白质和脂肪酸含量随着光照强度的升高而减少,糖类物质随着光照强度的增加而增加;光照时间对小球藻糖类的累积产生较大影响,对脂肪酸的累积影响相对不太明显,对脂肪酸的组成产生一定的影响;温度对小球藻的生长速率、生物量、油脂含量和油脂产量都有显著的影响。因此,在藻类的培养过程中,适当地调节光温条件有利于目标产物的生产。In the masses of biomasses, microalgae have the advantages of productions accumula- tion of high lipid, large biomass, short growth cycle and easy cultivation and with microalgae as the raw material. Light and temperature conditions are crucial to cultivation of microalgae. In this paper, the microalgae strain of Chlorella sp. was cultured in BGll medium, and cultivation opti- mization studies were experimented with different light intensities, illumination time and tempera- tures.The effects of light intensity,illumination time and temperature on the growth rate,biomass, and lipid accumulation of Chlorella sp.in aerated cultures were investigated.The results showed that the growth rate and production accumulation were significantly different (p〈0.05) under five different levels of light intensity, but the biomass in stationary phase was significantly different. Accumulation of protein and fatty acid contents in the cells of Chlorella sp. decreased with the in- crease of light intensity, but sugars on the contrary. There was significant influence on sugar accu- mulation of Chlorella sp. under different illumination time (p〈0.05), but there was no significant influence on fatty acid accumulation of chlorella. Illumination time could influence accumulation and content of fatty acids in the cell. Temperature significantly impacted growth rate, biomass,lipid content and lipid production.Accumulation of unsaturated fatty acid was highest in the cell under the temperature of 25 ~C. Therefore, in the process of algae culture, the harvest of target products can be acquired by controlling the light and temperature.
