摘  要:[目的]通过对新生儿病房噪声污染情况的测量,采取综合干预措施,达到降低噪声的目的。[方法]运用精密脉冲声级计对新生儿病房的各种噪声进行测量,每3小时为一个测量时间段,进行24 h的噪声监测,分别记录干预前后各种噪声的差别以及干预前后各时间段内的最大声级、最小声级、平均中值、平均本底值和等效声级的差别。[结果]通过综合干预,除了02:01-05:00各声级指标下降不明显以外,其余时间段的最大声级、最小声级、平均中值、平均本底值、等效声级均有明显的降低,各组最高降幅分别为28.5%、27.3%、16.9%、22.2%。[结论]应根据噪声的来源,采用不同的降噪技术和措施,减少噪声污染对新生儿的伤害。Through measuring noise pollution of neonatal wards to adopt comprehensive interventions,so as to decrease noise. Methods:Various noises were measured to perform 24 hour noise moni-toring by precocious pulse sound level meter in neonatal wards,every three hours as a measurement period.The differences between the various noises before and after the intervention,the maximum sound level,the minimum sound level,the average value,the average background value and equivalent sound level difference within every segment were recorded before and after the intervention.Results:Through comprehensive inter-ventions,except the period between 02:01 and 05:00,records from the rest period were all significantly lower in the maximum sound level,mini-mum level,average value,average background value and equivalent sound level.The max decrease in each group was 28.5%,27.3%,16.9% and 22.2% respectively.Conclusion:According to the source of noise,differ-ent technologies and measures of noise reduction should be used.The im-plementation of comprehensive interventions has effectively improved the noise pollution in neonatal wards and also reduced the damage to the neo-nates.
