头针运动疗法治疗缺血性中风恢复期64例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察头针运动疗法治疗缺血性中风恢复期的有效性、安全性。方法:将64例确诊为缺血性中风恢复期患者根据就诊顺序,随机分为治疗组43例,对照组21例,两组均予西医基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合头针运动疗法,治疗30d,在治疗前、治疗第7d、14d、30d分别进行日常生活活动能力(BI)、肢体运动功能(FMI)及中风病疗效的评分评定,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后,治疗组在改善肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力方面较对照组有显著优势,中风病疗效评分差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针运动疗法治疗缺血性中风恢复期患者疗效确切,安全性高。Objective： To observe efficacy and safety of head acupuncture and exercise therapy on ischemic stroke at restoration stage. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups; all patients were given routine western medicine. The treatment group was given head acupuncture and exercise therapy more. Activities of daily living （BI）, motor function （FMI） and assessment scores of stroke efficacy were analyzed. Results： Improvement of motor function and activities of daily living in the treatment group was better than that in the control; the difference of stroke efficacy scores was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The head acupuncture and exercise therapy shows remarkable effects and high safety on ischemic stroke at restoration stage.
