摘　　要：目的:观察分析用消银饮配合心理干预治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将80例稳定期寻常型银屑病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组采用复方氨肽素常规治疗,治疗组采用消银饮配合心理干预治疗。结果:两组总有效率治疗组85.0%,对照组60.0%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:消银饮配合心理干预治疗银屑病具有较好的疗效,且无副作用及依赖性,简单方便,易于被患者接受。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Xiaoyin Yin plus psychological intervention on psoriasis. Methods： 80 patientswere randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases for each. The control was given compound ampeptidum, while the treatment was givenXiaoyin Yin plus psychological intervention. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 85.0%, in another it was 60.0%, the differencewas statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoyin Yin plus psychological intervention shows better effects with no side reactions,and was easy to accept.
