中药硬膏止痛方治疗癌症轻、中度疼痛80例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药硬膏止痛方治疗癌症疼痛的疗效。方法:80例癌症疼痛患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组予以西药常规治疗;治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上给予中药硬膏止痛方治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95%明显大于对照组总有效率77.5%(P<0.05)。结论:中药硬膏止痛方能有效缓解癌症疼痛。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Yinggao Zhitong recipe on cancer pain. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given western routine medicine, while the treatment was given the Yinggao Zhitong recipe more. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 95%, obviously higher than 77.5% in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yinggao Zhitong recipe can effectively relieve cancer pain.
