益肾排石汤治疗肾结石病112例

摘　　要：目的:探究自制益肾排石汤对肾结石病的临床疗效。方法:自制益肾排石汤治疗组(112例),在西医基础上,服益肾排石汤,1剂/d,1个疗程28d;对照组西医常规利尿、解痉、消炎药物治疗,山莨菪碱20mg/次,3次/d,双氢克尿噻,25mg/次,3次/d。结果:治疗组显效78例(69.6%),对照显效57例(50.9%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾排石汤治疗肾石病有较好疗效。Objective： To study clinical efficacy of the Yishen Paishi decoction on kidney stone. Methods： 112 cases in the treatment group were given western meicines and the Yishen Paishi decoction, 1 dose per day, 28d as 1 course. The control group received diuretic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory drugs, such as anisodamine, 20 mg per time, three times per day; hydrochlorothiazide, 25 mg per time, three times per day. Results： In the treatment group, the markedly efficacy were 78 cases （69.6%）; in the control, the markedlyefficacy were 57 cases （50.9%）, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yishen Paishi decoction was confirmed with good efficacy.
