摘　　要：针对当前高校校园交通管理普遍存在的问题并结合华南师范大学的实际情况,构建一个能促进交通安全、极大地提高工作效率的校园智能交通管理系统.本系统通过车辆进出口终端采集进出车辆的实时数据,视频监控终端实时采集视频数据,无线通信保证系统的指挥调度,车辆数据及视频数据通过校园网传输到交通管理中心,管理中心利用地理信息系统(GIS)、大屏幕显示及信息交换系统等先进技术手段,实现视频监控、语音调度、车辆管理系统和工作人员协同工作,提高工作效率.According to the traffic situation in the campus of South China Normal University , the problems of cur-rent campus transport management system are discussed .An intelligent transport management system which can promote the traffic safety and improve the working efficiency greatly is constructed .The system collects real-time data of vehicle access by terminals , real-time video data collected by terminals ,and dispatches radio communication to ensure the operation .The vehicle access data and video data is transmitted via the campus network to the traffic management center .By using the geographic information system （ GIS） , the big display screen , the information ex-change system and some other advanced techniques , such as video surveillance , and voice dispatching , the vehicle management system can improve the staff ’ s collaboration and their work efficiency .
