摘 要:采用一种新颖、简单、环保的方法,在高浓度NaOH溶液中,n(Zn)∶n(NaOH)=1∶30,于92℃下对已合成的棒状ZnO原料进行碱溶反应,获得了管状结构的ZnO.探讨其形成机理,发现材料的不同晶面性质不同,在碱中的溶解情况不同,导致管状结构形成,该法适用于具有类似性质的管状材料的合成.形成管状ZnO后材料的长径比缩小,均匀性增加,荧光发射增强,同时在可见区(400~800 nm)出现一定程度的吸收,这些现象说明形成管状结构后ZnO的比表面增加,表面性质发生一定程度的变化,表面及内部的缺陷性质和数目都有所改变.该管状ZnO材料用于光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB),其降解效率明显增强,经1 h光照,MB的降解率由83.1%(棒状ZnO)增加到93.9%(管状ZnO).Using a novel , simple and environmental method , the tubular ZnO was synthesized by the reaction of rod ZnO raw material with sodium hydroxide ( NaOH ) solution at 92 ℃ for 3 h.The formation mechanism of tubular ZnO was discussed and the result showed that the differences of surface atomic structures result in a distinct chemi -cal ability to react with NaOH to form tubular structure .The tubular ZnO exhibits a lower length to diameter ratio , higher homogenization , and stronger fluorescence emission than ZnO raw material .Specially , the tubular ZnO ex-hibits an absorption in the region of 400-800 nm.The tubular ZnO possesses increased surface area , variational surface character , and incremental defects on the surface and in the interior .The photodegradation rate of methyl-ene blue ( MB) was 93.9%in tubular ZnO system , higher than 83.1%in rod ZnO system under 1 h irradiation.
