集成化数控系统在高速六轴数控卷簧机的开发应用

摘  要:弹簧制造业随着我国机械电气工业的不断发展,品种逐渐增多,数量不断增加。目前数控卷簧机的控制系统主要采用数控加工中心的五轴系统,控制电路,数据处理单元与卷簧机械的执行部件结合尚不理想;存在着价格昂贵、功能不全等缺陷,而且操作界面复杂,使用不便。通过研制集成于数控系统内部的多功能接口功能模块,将CAD/CAPP/CAM软件集成于数控系统内部,研制出六轴卷簧机数控系统,其操作性和功能性优良,不仅能充分满足高速卷簧机数控化需要,且具有高性价比。With the development of mechanical and electrical industry in China, the spring species and quantity become more and more every day.The five axes CNC system is mainly used in the control machining center of the CNC spring coiling machine,its con- trol circuit, executive components and data processing unit are not perfect, the cost is expensive, the functions do not meet the all requirements, the interface is complex and it is operated with difficultly. Tthrough the development of multi function interface module inside the numerical control system, the CAD/CAPP/CAM software is integrated in the NC system to develop the coiling machine control system with six shafts, its excellent operation and function not only fully meet the requirements of high-speed spring coiling machine, but also it has the advantage of high performance to price ratio.
