摘　　要：介绍了低层钢结构住宅在国内外的发展现状及钢结构体系的主要结构形式,分析了钢结构所具有的优良特点,针对其发展的不利特点进行了研究,并提出了应对措施,指出发展钢结构住宅体系既符合国际发展潮流,又符合国内可持续发展的要求。The paper introduces the development status and major structural styles of low-rise steel-structure residential at home and abroad, analyzes its merits, studies its defects, and puts forward countermeasures, and finally points out that： developing steel-structure residential not only meets international development trend but also meets domestic sustainable development demand.
