摘　　要：目的 探讨双接骨板内固定治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法 2008年1月—2013年1月收治40例C型肱骨髁间骨折患者,按照AO/ASIF分类为：C1型9例,C2型23例,C3型8例,采用肘后正中切口,采用双接骨扳内固定治疗。结果 35例获得随访,术后经9~31个月随访,所有病例均骨折愈后。根据Mayo肘关节评分（Mayo elbow porformance score,MEPS）为57~98分,平均85.5分,其中优20例,良11例,可3例,差1例;优良率88.6%。结论 双接骨板内固定可靠,力学性能稳定,能进行早期功能锻炼,是目前治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的较好方法。Objective To review clinical outcome of doublie-plate internal fixation treating C-type humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods Totally 40 cases of type C humeral intercondylar fracture were treated,from January.2008 to January.2013.According to AO /ASIF classification,9 cases were type of C1,23 cases were type of C2,8 cases were type of C3.The middle posterior approach was selected,using double-plate internal fixation.Results 35 cases were followed-up for 9 ~ 31 months.All cases bone union was obtained.Assessed by Mayo elbow performance score,from 57-98,mean85.5,excellent in20 cases,good in 11 cases,fair in3 cases,poor in 1 case.Conclusion Double-plate internal fixation was able to provide stable and durable fixation,early active training of elbow joint,for humeral intercondylar fracture.It is good method for C type humeral intercondylar fracture.
