摘  要:以铸造车间的粉尘为隔热耐火材料、氯氧镁凝胶材料为粘结剂,并利用泡沫珠受热后缩容的特性进行保温冒口的探索,来替代铸造厂现用的保温冒口。试验结果表明,新型保温冒口的补缩效率比工厂现用的膨胀珍珠岩型保温冒口有较大的提高。对铸造车间的粉尘就地回收再利用,不仅实现了绿色铸造,也为企业节省了排放、运输粉尘以及购买保温冒口的费用。In order to replace the common insulated riser, the dust of foundry is chosen as insulating-refractory material, Sorel gel materials as binder and depending on the characteristic of foam beads that shrinking after being heated to research a new insulating riser. The results show that comparing with the expanded pearlite insulating riser, feeding efficiency has obviously increased with the new type insulated riser, Recycling the dust of foundry can not only achieve a green casting, but also save the cost of emissions, transportation of dust and purchasing insulated riser.
