小高层住区整体风貌与环境特色探析

摘　　要：小高层住宅(7～11层)因其特有的优势逐渐成为当今住宅发展中一种不可忽略的形式,具有发展前景和研究价值。该文探讨了小高层住区整体风貌与环境特色,即景观轮廓与空间限定,住宅形象与造型艺术,及住区人与自然的关系,以期对其发展完善有所裨益。Because of its unique advantage, the 7-11 storied house becomes one of important forms of current house style. Focused on this style, the thesis discusses the environment and the feature of inhabitant area, which involve skyline and space boundary , appearance and art of the house, and the relationship between the nature and inhabitants.
