摘 要:研究了Mn的添加量对ZA43合金组织、力学性能及油润滑条件下耐磨性能的影响。试验结果表明,添加适量的Mn元素能够细化合金组织,Mn加入量为0.55%时合金的综合力学性能最佳。高载荷(800 N)时,随着Mn含量的添加,磨损机制由磨粒磨损与粘着磨损的混合形式转化为单一的磨粒磨损。Mn在ZA43合金中主要形成富锰相且在晶界处呈弥散分布,提高了ZA43合金高温强度,同时可以作为硬质点分散剪切应力、阻碍微裂纹的扩展,从而提高合金的耐磨性能。The effect of Mn addition on microstructures, mechanical properties and friction wear under oil lubrication of ZA43 alloy was investigated. The results show that the microstructure of ZA43 alloys were significantly refined with adding proper amount of Mn. ZA43 alloy has better comprehensive mechanical properties when the addition of Mn is 0.55%. With the increase of Mn additive content, the wear mechanism changes from mixed form of adhesive wear and abrasive wear to only form of abrasive wear under 800 N. The rich Mn phase is main form in ZA43 alloy, and was distributed at the grain boundary, not only improved the elevated temperature strength of alloys, but also dispersed the shear stress and hindered the expansion of microcracks as hard spots. As a result, the wear resistances of the ZA43 alloys were improved.
