基于新型农业经营主体的农产品质量安全保障机制建设研究

摘　　要：农产品质量安全保障机制建设的重点是新型农业经营主体。家庭农场的发展有利于实现适度规模经营,建立农产品质量信用机制,有利于产生品牌效应,建立农产品质量约束机制,有利于节约技术指导和质量监管的行政成本,建立农产品质量监控机制。农产品质量安全保障机制建设需实现视域转换,即重点从农产品监管转移到农产品生产主体的监管。The construction of guarantee system of quality and safety of agricultural products should focus on the new agricultural management subject.The development of family farm is conducive to the realization of moderate scale management,establishment of agricultural product quality credit mechanism;conducive to the brand effect,establish the quality of agricultural products and restraint mechanism;conducive to saving technical guidance and quality supervision of administrative costs,establishment of agricultural products quality monitoring mechanism.The construction of agricultural product quality security mechanism should be from the supervision of agricultural products to the agricultural products traceability body.
