摘　　要：目的:通过观察类风湿性关节炎患者的心理状态,针对患者的各种不良情绪和心理障碍程度,有针对性的开展相应的护理干预,从而改善患者的精神状态,提高疗效,减少致残率。方法:针对不同年龄阶段、不同疾病阶段,病人的心理认知状态,采取相应的护理干预,减少患者不良心理状态的发生。结果:通过心理健康教育和心理护理干预,患者能够积极配合治疗。结论:良好的心理状态,能调动患者最大的主观能动性,积极配合治疗,主动功能锻炼,从而减少致残率,提高生活质量。Objective： To take nursing intervention according to the degree of adverse emotions and psychological obstacles byobserving the psychological conditions of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in order to promote the condition, improve the efficacy andreduce the disability rate. Methods： According to different ages, stages of disease and the cognitive status, the corresponding nursinginterventions were taken to reduce the occurrence of adverse psychological state of patients. Results： Through the psychological healtheducation and psychological nursing intervention, the patients were able to actively cooperate with the treatment. Conclusion： Good mentalstate can mobilize the biggest initiation of patients to actively cooperate with the treatment and active function training in order to reducethe rate of disability and improve the quality of life.
