新的社会形态下医疗纠纷的原因分析及防范经验

摘　　要：我国医疗纠纷呈逐年上升的趋势,已成为当今社会关注的热点。医疗纠纷急剧上升不仅干扰了医院正常的工作秩序,而且影响到社会的和谐发展。从社会、医方和患方3个层面对医疗纠纷的原因进行分析,并重点介绍医疗过程中"说到位"、"做到位"、"写到位"的"三到位"医疗纠纷防范经验,以预防和减少医疗纠纷。In China ,medical disputes are increasing year by year ,which has become a social hotspot .More medi‐cal disputes not only interfere with the normal working order of the hospital ,but also affect social harmony .In this paper ,we analyzed medical disputes from three aspects of hospital ,patients and social factors .We focused on intro‐ducing “three reaching rules”（i .e .said in place ,done in place and w ritten in place） ,in order to reduce medical dis‐putes .
