影响海勤人员夫妻性格相容性的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨海勤人员夫妻性格相容性与心理、个性、环境因素的相关性，为开展为海勤人员的家庭婚姻咨询提供指导。方法采用Olson婚姻质量问卷中性格相容性分量表（PC）、卡特尔16项人格因素问卷（16PF）、症状自评量表（SCL‐90）、领悟社会支持量表（SSRS）、生活事件量表（LES）、特质应对问卷（TCSQ）对375对海勤人员夫妻双方均进行评定。结果海勤人员夫妻双方性格相容性既受到自身也受配偶的心理社会等因素交互影响，与个性、心理健康、社会支持、生活事件、应对方式这些因素均具有显著相关性（P＜0．05）。多元回归方程中，个性、心理健康、生活事件、社会支持中均有因子对丈夫性格相容性贡献较大（Beta＝‐4．557～0．695）；对妻子性格相容性贡献比较突出的有个性、心理健康、社会支持中部分因子（Beta＝‐0．253～0．109）。结论要提高海勤人员的婚姻质量，应从社会、生活、心理各方面入手提高其性格相容性。Objectives To explore the relation of husband‐wife personality compatibility of shipboard naval per‐sonnel with psychology ,personality ,and environmental factors ,and to provide guidance for carrying out marriage counseling for shipboard naval personnel .Methods Personality Compatibility Subscale （PC） of Olson Marital Qual‐ity Questionnaire ,Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire of Cattell （16PF） ,Symptom Checklist （SCL‐90） ,Per‐ceived Social Support Scale （SSRS） ,Life Events Scale （LES） ,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire （TCSQ） were ap‐plied to carry out the evaluation on 375 couples .Results The husband‐wife personality compatibility of shipboard naval personnel could be affected by psychosocial factors of oneself and spouse ,and was significantly associated with personality ,mental health ,social support ,life events and coping styles （P＆lt;0 .05 ） .In the multiple regression e‐quation ,personality ,mental health ,life events ,part factors of social support contributed greatly （Beta=‐4 .557~0 .695） to the personality compatibility of the husband ,while personality ,mental health ,part factors of social sup‐port contributed greatly （Beta=‐0 .253 - 0 .109） to the personality compatibility of the wife .Conclusions In order to improve the marriage quality of shipboard naval personnel ,the personality compatibility should be improved from society ,life and psychology .
