鼻咽清毒颗粒配合吉诺通治疗鼻后滴漏综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽清毒颗粒配合黏液促排剂及鼻用激素治疗鼻后滴漏综合征的疗效。方法将鼻后滴漏综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用鼻咽清毒颗粒配合吉诺通、鼻用激素治疗,对照组仅采用吉诺通及鼻用激素治疗,疗程同治疗组。观察对比两组患者治疗前、后临床症状、体征及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组临床症状、体征积分与本组治疗前比较,以及两组组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽清毒颗粒配合吉诺通及鼻用激素治疗鼻后滴漏综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of biyan qingdu grnules ,gelomyrtol forte and hor-mones on postnasal drip syndrome .Methods Patients with postnasal drip syndrome were randomized into a treatment group and a contrast group .All of the patients were treated with gelomyrtol forte and hor-mones .,while biyan qingdu granules were added In the treatment group .The clinical symptoms and phys-ical signs before and after treatments and the clinical efficacy were observed and compared between two groups .Results The clinical symptoms and physical signs between the two groups before and after treat-ments indicated significant difference（ P 〈0 .05） .The total effective rate was significantly different be-tween the two groups（ P〈0 .05） .Conclusion The combined use of biyan qingdu grnules ,gelomyrtol forte and hormones can produce good curative effect on postnasal drip syndrome .
